Ribbon Blender is used for uniform and homogenous mixing of powder , granules. It consists of a U shaped trough and SS shaft with 2 sets of spiral ribbons (one inside the other ). The assembly is mounted on a MS / SS structure .  the inner and outer ribbons are so arranged that during rotation , the material reaches each  and every corner of the trough and imparts radial and linear motion.

Features :
Blending is achieved in semi fluidized state in the upper zone of the trough when used for fine powders. Machine can be provided with spray nozzles with pressure spraying system for spraying aditives during mixing. Can also be used as dryer by providing jacket on the trough.
