 INTRODUCTION
TO PROJECT
This Plant Cleans Natural Seed up to 99.3% & De-Hulls Sesame Seeds, which can be used for
confectionary or production of value added products like Tahania, Halwa, Turkish delight, etc.
PROCESS
The plant is divided into 3 sections:
- Cleaning: In this section, raw material sesame seeds are completely separated from unwanted seeds, foreign materials, stones, dust/dirt any other impurities adhering to the seeds.
- De - hulling: In this section the husks are separated from the seeds without usage of salt.
- Drying: The de-hulled seeds are further cleaned and dried to remove the entire husk, adhering impurity if any.

- Husk is recovered as a By Product that can be used as Cattle feed or for Oil extraction
- Low Water Consumption Seed : Water ratio is 1:2
